Xaever Mand is the founding Director of EndoExo. He designs across scales with a human centric approach. His creative process is driven by the user experience, the craft of making and a curiosity about how things work. 

Xaever has over a decade of design experience in New York, London and Sydney at award winning firms Grimshaw Architects, WilkinsonEyre and Cox Architecture. He has worked in a wide range of project typologies, from interior design to infrastructure and master planning, with clients such as Google, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Taronga Zoo Sydney and Frasers Property, among others.
